Healthy Easter Nest Cookies

Happy Easter Everyone! It’s a different type of Easter this year, isn’t it? While in quarantine, I’m finding the mini eggs are coming in handy while I practice the 80/20 rule. I wanted to make a fun cookie for Easter this year, and I think this fits the bill!
