Beautycounter's Brilliant Eye Brow Gel Review

A few years ago, I had my eyebrows microbladed. While I loved the look, after time they did fade some, which then lead me to another touch up, but what I found with the mircoblading is, my hair on top of the semi-permanent tattoo was still light.
