What is Psych-K?

PSYCH-K® is a profound set of processes which assist the subconscious mind to re-write self-limiting subconscious programs (beliefs) into life-enhancing subconscious programs (beliefs). It’s a blend of NLP and Kinesiology. Many of you know, I am a subconscious integrative holistic coach, where I offer a blend of Psych-K, mindfulness, with traditional therapy and coaching. It’s truly the perfect blend to help heal and move through trauma and experiences that keep us stuck.  

Many people find self-limiting beliefs create self-sabotaging behaviors. Such behaviors affect one’s ability to be successful in business and personal relationships. These invisible issues are often the ruling programs that silently lead people to despair, frustration and exasperation in their lives.

Pysch-K Is:

  • A process of me as your facilitator guiding you to work on your very own process of change, accessing your subconscious beliefs that are self-limiting and self-sabotaging with a proven record of success for over 30 years.

  • It is non-invasive and has a unique blend of various tools for change. The tools used are derived from contemporary neuroscience research, as well as ancient mind/body wisdom (my favorite).

  • It is a fascinating and quick level of change at the subconscious level, where at least 95% of our consciousness operates.

  • If the process of visualization, affirmations, will power, and positive thinking especially around the areas of behavioral/habit change, wellness and stress reduction, have not improved to your satisfaction, I highly encourage you to lessen the charge within your subconscious and try Psych-K.

My Approach Is Simple:

Instead of placing a band-aid on issues that keeping coming up, I help you locate the root cause and actually heal.

Sometimes we can link why we feel a certain way or why we keep repeating patterns.

But sometimes we can’t.

While there is a time and place for traditional therapy and conscious tools, a lot of the times we end up running in circles in our own heads, not making any actual progress or changes despite desperately wanting the change to occur.

That’s where I come in.

Using subconscious tools, I help you rewrite your belief statements, heal past traumas and set meaningful goals tied to what you want your life to feel like.

I take a top down, bottom up approach to helping you connect within and walk away from our session ready and able to live your life.

I use a combination of your Human Design and other tools to help pinpoint your unique gifts and talents. Together we can identify areas in your life that can be upgraded, challenged, altered or removed to help you truly live life the way you were meant to: aligned, free and blissfully content.

My work is about YOU. Helping you get to a place you want to be without repeating the cycle over and over again trying to figure out why you can’t finally kick the habit or belief that best supports you.

The experience with facilitating PSYCH-K® can vary from person to person.

I have noticed within my holistic practice is that with each individual, it can help transform limiting subconscious beliefs that often block the full expression and potential in their lives.

While I continue to use talk therapy, mirror work, affirmations in my practice, cognitive behavioral therapy with inner child work, psych-k is a beautiful option for anyone who seeks change, and sometimes it’s very simple and FAST. I was really blown away how quickly it worked and how EASY it was.

Do you ever look back at certain situations or relationships that ended badly and realize that your intuition told you, but you didn’t listen? Or on the flip side, your intuition told you to go for something or somebody, and you second guessed yourself, talked yourself out of it before you even gave yourself a change, just to end up with regret? I SEE you. I’ve been there as well.

Why do so many of us ignore the whispers?

Lack of trust in oneself?

Lack of inner confidence?

Lack of self-worth and worthiness?

Sometimes, the painful experiences we have made from the past or as I like to refer to it as possible “Slip” or “Mistake” experiences that didn’t work out, to leave us questioning ourselves even more so and feeling ashamed or scared to repeat the painful past.

Maybe you grew up in a chaotic home or your father was an alcoholic, where you never felt and calm enough in your body and nervous system to be able to discern what is true and right for you.

There are so many limiting beliefs that float around in the collective consciousness about decision-making. Our societal conditioning suggests we ‘should’ use logic and reason to make decisions, but guess what? It’s our subconscious making them for us!

Did You Know?

By the age of 7 most of the subconscious beliefs have been instilled in you? The first seven years are foundational to your goals and perceived limitations in your life! Greek philosopher Aristotle once said, “Give me a child until he is 7, and I will show you the man.”

The limiting beliefs and old hurts from the past life in the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind governs our nervous system. Stress located and locked away in the subconscious causes our nervous system to always be in a stress response (aka fight, flight or freeze). This also shows up as anxiety or depression in various degrees. I’ve seen this with my very own eyes and my own personal experience.

When the mind is looping and our nervous system and body is in a stress response, we inevitably lose touch with our full body YES / NO with our whispers. I often say, if we don’t listen to the whispers, we’ll hear the big mac truck, which is usually much more severe. Don’t wait for the big mac truck!
