JUST THRIVE Probiotic Review
PROBIOTICS what are they? The steps I take daily to live with balanced gut health.
What is JUST THRIVE Probiotic?
I seriously got so excited when spore based probiotics came to the market! They have an incredible proprietary strain, Bacillus Indicus HU36®, which produces antioxidants directly in the digestive system where they can be best absorbed by your body.
What are the benefits of taking probiotics?
If you tend to have gastrointestinal disturbances, you should experience a calming effect on your system almost instantly when.
If you tend to have irregular bowel movements, you will find improved regularity.
Users have also reported more energy, better sleep, and just an overall “good” feeling.
Better sleep = a better mood (and the ability to better handle stress)!
Users have even experienced fewer sugar cravings and easier weight control because these strains are helping combat yeast overgrowth.
Even your immune system gets a tremendous benefit while keeping bad bacteria from getting out of control and potentially making you sick.
Help your body digest food.
Help support the cells that line your gut to prevent bad bacteria that you may have consumed (through food or drinks) from entering your blood.
*Because Just Thrive is such a potent product, many users feel a difference in just two to three dosages.
Your entire body wins when your gut is healthy!
You might not know this, but, 60-80% of your immune system is located in your gut. That is a large percentage. If you are a person who is always getting sick, instead of continually treating the symptoms, maybe it’s time to start cleaning up your gut with probiotics and avoiding getting sick in the first place. This was a huge wake-up call for me prior to healing my gut with SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth).
Are Probiotics Good for Your Skin?
The skin is a great measure of what is going on inside the body. When I had SIBO years ago, my face was in rough shape. I had Pityriasis rosea all over my body, and cystic acne constantly because my gut health was not up to par. So there’s a very good chance that is your skin is irritated, inflamed or congested, chances are high that there may be an imbalance in your gut. Our skin is our body’s largest organ; so it not only matters what we put on it, as well as how well our gut microbiome is balanced. My skin conditions were directly connected to healing my gut. Sometimes it can be tricky to understand where your skin outbreak is coming from. For example, if drinking milk triggers indigestion, hives, a rash or eczema, then you know the culprit! Other times, the connection between our gut and our skin complaint can be more difficult to spot.
So if you don’t know where your skin issue is coming from, probiotics can at the very least help with balancing the good vs. bad bacteria. A lot of underlying gut imbalances I’ve seen within my coaching practice are: itchy and dry skin, itchy ears, rashes, breakouts, redness, and overall inflammation, and/or skin that can look uneven and a lot of times when we balance the gut it’s amazing how much younger one will look!
When it comes to restoring an out of balance gut microbiome, one of the best ways is to even out the playing field is with a good probiotic.
Of course, one of the best things you can do is focus on eating a diet that is balanced and probiotic-rich fermented foods (as these contain many different species and strains), get some prebiotic food in your system and take a solid probiotic, like JUST THRIVE.
I not only worked on balancing my gut microbiome, but I also worked on what I was putting on my largest organ of my body. My current skincare routine is here, where I’m using safer for ingredients to help lower my toxin load daily, because certain chemicals do affect our endocrine system. It all matters and adds up over time, friends!
I am serious about taking good care of my skin and weekly, I get asked what my skincare routine looks like.

How do I take Just Thrive Probiotic?
If this is your first time taking our Probiotic, START SLOW.
I started with a ½ full capsule every other day for the first week. After that, I increased to the full dose.
Does the probiotic have a taste?
JUST THRIVE probiotic is tasteless, colorless and odorless, and can be easily opened and mixed with food or drink. The strains are super resilient, which means you can open a cap and blend the contents in a smoothie, or bake them into your favorite dish without losing potency! I did this a lot with my kids when they were little, since they didn’t want to swallow pills. It’s good to know JUST THRIVE Is safe for children, which is so important they, too, have strong gut health.
Are there any side effects?
If you consider having more energy, better digestion, and optimal immunity side effects, then yes!
The Bacillus spores used in Just Thrive are a normal part of the human microflora — that means your body welcomes them home. They have been used medicinally in Europe for more than 50 years! How cool is that?!
Some people can experience bacterial die-off reactions when taking a Probiotic. Symptoms like temporary cold/flu-like feelings, gas/bloating, constipation/diarrhea, headaches, skin eruptions, irritability, etc. are all signs of die-off. If you are feeling any of these symptoms, THRIVE recommends lowering your dose to half a capsule per day or even skipping doses until symptoms subside.
Although sometimes unpleasant, bacterial die-off is a normal part of your gut flora ‘rebalancing’ and a GREAT sign that Just Thrive is working to eliminate your bad bacteria while feeding the good bacteria.
Essentially, die-off means the detox pathways need time to catch up with all the goodness you’re giving your gut.
