Health Benefits of Apples and Cinnamon

Before we jump into the recipe, let's take a moment to appreciate the health benefits of apples and cinnamon. Apples are rich in dietary fiber and antioxidants, which help support heart health and reduce the risk of chronic diseases. One medium apple provides about 14% of your daily vitamin C intake, essential for a healthy immune system.

Cinnamon, on the other hand, is not just a flavorful spice. It's packed with antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties. Studies suggest that cinnamon can help regulate blood sugar levels, making it a healthy addition to your diet. Combining these two ingredients in one delicious drink means you can indulge while also reaping some health benefits.

I also love this spicy margarita, which is my standard go to because I love the kick! If you like coconut, try this margarita here. It tastes just like a piña colada!
